Welcome

I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Forensic Behavioural Science and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

I am a registered member of the Health & Care Professions Councils (HCPC), Chartered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an Associate Fellow of the BPS 

I have previously worked in High, Medium and Low Secure Hospitals; community Forensic NHS services and Assertive Outreach / Mental Health NHS Community teams. I have provided psychological services to private hospitals supporting people with severe and enduring mental health problems and personality disorders.

I have over 20 years experience completing specialised assessments and individual / group therapy with clients with forensic histories, complex psychological presentations and mental health difficulties.

I am passionate about working alongside organisations to support their employees and reduce the stigma attached to mental health. I have worked with services to increase accessibility to talking therapies, psychological support and training.
